British Poly Welcomes New Students on Campus

The British Transatlantic Polytechnic, Akure, has welcome new and returning students for the 2024/2025 academic session. The management also seized the opportunity to present the Student Handbook and the Student Code of Conduct and Discipline policy to the students.

Whilst reminding the student the goal of the institution, the Registrar emphasize that the word British in our name is not to look western but to showcase to the word that what is obtainable in Britain can exactly be replicated in Nigeria. The Registrar pointed out that the British Transatlantic Polytechnic will challenge inferiority in global competition of Nigerian Polytechnic graduates through delivery of world class teaching and training methodologies and international collaboration and partnership. The Polytechnic are constantly exploring new thinking and strategies about actualizing this great vision. The demand for functional technology education is one of the most essential requirements in addressing the development issues confronting Africa.

The students were advised to focus on their studies, shun vices and comply with the provisions of the student’s handbook and the Student Code of Conduct and Discipline.
